I made a Beef and Ale stew this morning for tonights tea and if I carry on pinching chunks of steak there’ll be none left. I’ve never seen beef so dark brown before and the meaty smell is like nothing I’ve ever smelt before. Stewed beef is always tender once cooked but even though this beef is ridiculously tender it stays dense and fuller instead of loose and stringy. Another huge thumbs up from me thanks Gazegill for caring about the standard of your meat and the treatment of your animals 😀
