Traditional Nitrate Free Back Bacon cut from the rib end of loin and then cured using a recipe found in the farm archives, traditional and nitrate free cured using sea salt and organic molasses.

The succulent organic loin comes directly from our rare breed organic Oxford Sandy and Black pigs. Happily organically reared outdoors down at Gazegill Organic Farm with nothing but love and pride. By farming our rare breed animals this way we guarantee the that not only will our organic bacon will reach its highest potential in flavour, but the whole range of our organic pork will too. Crispy bacon slices placed in between two thick slices of buttered bread is enough to make anyone’s mouth water..

Purchase in quantities of 6 or even 12 rashers. Either way this traditional nitrate free back bacon is sure not to disappoint and can even be delivered for the next working day before 4pm (excluding weekends) if we successfully receive your order before 9am Monday to Thursday.  All our organic meat products are freshly cut, sliced and vacuum packed in our organic farm shop on the day of despatch. Our organic farm shop is also open seven days a week with our qualified butchers more than happy to help.

    When you cook this bacon you get no water or white scum from them at all and they taste incredible. I’ve never tasted bacon like this before that’s so flavoursome and tasty thanks gazegill we love your meat 😀
